सा.का.नि. 541(अ).— केन्द्रीय सरकार, खान और खनिज (विकास और विनियमन) अधिनियम, 1957 (1957 का 67) की धारा 9ग की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग 2, खंड 3, उपखंड (i) में सा.का.नि. 633(अ), तारीख 14 अगस्त, 2015 द्वारा प्रकाशित भारत सरकार, खान मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में, पैरा 2 में, क्रम संख्या (i) और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी, अर्थात्:-
(i) महानिदेशक, राष्ट्रीय खनिज खोज न्यास- सदस्य सचिव, पदेन;"

MINISTRY OF MINES NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 8th August, 2025
G.S.R. 541(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 9C of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (67 of 1957), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Mines published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 633(E), dated the $14^{\text{th}}$ August, 2015, namely:-
In the said notification, in paragraph II, for serial number (i) and the entries relating thereto, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-
"(i) Director General, National Mineral Exploration Trust - Member Secretary, ex officio;".
