उि अजधसूचना के पैरा 2 में, क्रम संखयांक (क) तर्ा उससे संबंजधत प्रजवजियों के पश्चात्, जनम्नजलजखत अंतःस्ट्र्ाजपत की िाएगी, अर्ाात्:—

MINISTRY OF MINES NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 25th February, 2026

G.S.R. 145(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 9C of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (67 of 1957), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Mines published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 633(E), dated the 14th August, 2015, namely:- In the said notification, in paragraph (II), after serial number (a) and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be inserted namely:- “(aa) Additional Secretary or Joint Secretary, in-charge of Exploration, Ministry of Mines - Member, ex officio;”.
