सा.का.जन. 637(अ).—राष्ट्रपजत, संजवधान के अनुच्छेि 309 के परंतुक द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए
भारतीय रेल, (उप मुख्य लेखा अजधकारी (रोकड़ और वेतन), मुख्य खिांची और सहायक मुख्य खिांची) भती जनयम,
2021 का संिोधन करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाती हैं, अर्ाडत्:-
1.
(1) इन जनयमों का संजिप्त नाम भारतीय रेल (उप मुख्य लेखा अजधकारी (रोकड़ और वेतन), मुख्य खिांची और
सहायक मुख्य खिांची) संिोधन जनयम, 2025 है।
(2) ये रािपत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।

भारतीय रेल (उप मुख्य लेखा अजधकारी (रोकड़ और वेतन), मुख्य खिांची और सहायक मुख्य खिांची) भती
जनयम, 2021 में, अनुसूची में, मुख्य खिांची के पि के जलए स्ट्तंभ (11) में उप िीर्डक ‘प्रोन्नजत’ के अधीन,
(i) “वेतन मैट्ररक्स के स्ट्तर- 8 (47600-151100 रू.) में छः वर्ड की जनयजमत सेवा”, िब्िों, अंकों, कोष्ठकों और
अिरों के स्ट्र्ान पर “वेतन मैट्ररक्स के स्ट्तर-8 (47600-151100 रू.) में आठ वर्ड की जनयजमत सेवा” िब्ि, अंक,
कोष्ठक और अिर रखे िाएंगे;

(ii) ट्रिप्पण को उसके ट्रिप्पण 1 के रूप में पुनःसंख्यांदकत दकया िाएगा और इस प्रकार पुनःसंख्यांदकत दकए गए
ट्रिप्पण 1 के पश्चात् जनम्नजलजखत ट्रिप्पण को अंतःस्ट्र्ाजपत दकया िाएगा, अर्ाडत्-
“ट्रिप्पण 2: इन जनयमों के उपांतरण की तारीख को धारण करने वाले वेतन मैट्ररक्स के स्ट्तर-8
(47600-151100 रू.) में सहायक मुख्य खिांची के पोर्क पि को धारण करने वाले व्यजियों की
प्रोन्नजत के जलए पात्रता सेवा छः वर्ड बनी रहेगी।”

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 15th September, 2025
G.S.R. 637(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of
India, the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Indian Railways, (Deputy Chief Accounts Officer
(Cash and Pay), Chief Cashier and Assistant Chief Cashier) Recruitment Rules, 2021, namely:-

(1) These rules may be called the Indian Railways, (Deputy Chief Accounts Officer (Cash and Pay), Chief
Cashier and Assistant Chief Cashier) Amendment Rules, 2025.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

In the Indian Railways, (Deputy Chief Accounts Officer (Cash and Pay), Chief Cashier and Assistant Chief
Cashier) Recruitment Rules, 2021, in the Schedule, for the post of Chief Cashier, in Column (11), under the sub-
heading ‘Promotion’,-
(i) for the words, figures, brackets and letters “six years regular service in level-8 in the pay matrix”, the words,
figures, brackets and letters “eight years regular service in level-8 (Rs. 47600-151100) in pay matrix” shall be
substituted;
(ii) the Note shall be renumbered as Note 1 thereof and after Note 1 as so renumbered, the following Note shall
be inserted, namely:-
“Note 2: The eligibility service for promotion shall continue to be six years for persons holding feeder post of
Assistant Chief Cashier in level-8 (Rs. 47600-151100) in the pay matrix on regular basis on the date of
modification of these rules.”.
