Madam/Sir,

In exercise of the powers vested in the Central Board of Trustees, EPF vide Section 4(5) of the Code on social Security, 2020, the Central Board in its 239th meeting held on 02nd March 2026 (Item No. 10) was pleased to revise the delegation of financial powers under budget head "Advertisement/ publicity" to the Executive Committee of CBT, the Central Provident Fund Commissioner (CPFC) and other officers of the CBT.

  1. The revised delegation of financial powers under budget head "Advertisement/ Publicity" to Executive Committee of CBT, the Central Provident Fund Commissioner (CPFC) and other officers of the CBT is as under:

  1. All works by the agencies be carried out through empanelled agencies of DAVP/ CBC at DAVP rates.

  2. The existing financial powers under remaining heads/ items in the Schedule of Administrative & Financial Powers will continue without any change, till further orders.

  3. The powers delegated hereunder shall not be re-delegated to any other subordinate officer.
