Subject:- Booking of TOB/Holiday Home of ESI Corporation by the ESIC pensioner-Simplification of procedure thereto. Madam/Sir, I am directed to refer to Hqrs. Circular, No. D-13/14lTOR/Policy/2000-E-Vl daled02lO8l2O17 and dated 19.09.2017 on the above subiect. It has come to notice of the competent Authority that some oftices are not complying with the instruction issued by the Hqrs. office. The matter has been viewed seriously. ln this regard, the procedure lor booking of TOR/Holiday Home/Guest House for ESIC Pensioner has been simplified as follows: 1. The Pensioner will apply for Holiday/ToR/Guest House to the concerned Regional Oflice, Regional Director authorized for booking of Holiday Home/TOR/Guest House. 2. The concerned Region will directly inform over email to lhe pensioner for confirmation of booking of accommodation immediately after the booking' s. ESlc Pensioner may be allowed to deposit the amount at the counter ol Holiday Home/TOR/Guest House also before availing the facility' All field units are hereby advised to bring these instruction to the notices of all concerned and to ensure strict compliance with guidelines issued by Hqrs. Office from time to time regarding booking of ToR/Holiday Home/Guest House for ESIC Pensioners.
