Corrigendum

With reference to the Notice Inviting Applications for Empanelment of Advocates dated 04.08.2026 issued by the Employees' State Insurance Corporation, Regional Office, West Bengal & Sikkim, for empanelment of Advocates to represent ESIC before the Hon'ble High Court at Calcutta, Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), Employees' Insurance Courts, Metropolitan Magistrate Courts and other Courts, Tribunals and Quasi-Judicial Fora in the State of West Bengal, the following amendment is hereby notified:

The last date for submission/receipt of applications, as mentioned in Clause 6 of the aforesaid Notice, is hereby extended from 21.08.2026 up to 6:00 PM to 28.08.2026 up to 6:00 PM.

Accordingly, 28.08.2026 up to 6:00 PM shall be treated as the revised last date and time for receipt of applications. Applications received after the revised date and time or found incomplete shall be liable to be rejected.

All other terms and conditions of the Notice Inviting Applications for Empanelment of Advocates shall remain unchanged.
