CORRIGENDUM

Subject: Corrigendum to Headquarters Circular bearing reference number: “File No. I-20013/1/2026-ICT” dated 30th July, 2026 regarding Online Portal for submission of applications for deployment of In-house Manpower for Local ICT Operational Support in ESIC.

Reference is invited to the following Headquarters Circulars as follows:-

a. A Circular bearing reference number: “File No. I-20013/1/2026-ICT” regarding "Deployment of In-house Manpower for Local ICT Operational Support in ESIC" dated 12th March, 2026.

b. A subsequent Circular bearing reference number: “File No. I-20013/1/2026-ICT” regarding " Online Portal for submission of applications for deployment of In-house Manpower for Local ICT Operational Support in ESIC" dated 30th July, 2026.

The following clarifications/corrections are hereby issued in respect of the particulars appearing in Annexure-A (Headcount of requisite IT Manpower at each office) to the aforesaid Circular dated 30th July, 2026:-

(i) Re-mapping of ESIC Hospitals at Sahibabad and Noida

The two hospitals namely ESIC Hospital Sahibabad, Uttar Pradesh and ESIC Hospital, Sector-24, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, presently mapped under Regional Office, Kanpur, shall stand re-mapped under Regional Office, Delhi, in accordance with the operational administrative authority of Directorate Medical Delhi applicable to these hospitals.

(ii) Revision of IT Manpower for ESIC Hospital, Tirupur

The sanctioned IT manpower for newly opened ESIC Hospital, Tirupur stands revised to include one additional post of Office IT Manager, in accordance with the manpower already sanctioned by Medical Administration Branch, Headquarters vide letter dated 25th November, 2025 consequent upon enhancement in commissioned bedding capacity.

Accordingly, Annexure-A to the Circular dated 30th July, 2026 shall be read with the above corrections/clarifications. The concerned Regional Office(s) may take necessary action accordingly while processing applications and finalising deployment of in-house manpower.

All other terms and conditions of the aforesaid Circular shall remain unchanged.

This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority.
