MEMORANDUM
Subject: Final All India Gradation/ Seniority list of Head Clerk/ Assistant in the Level-6 of 7th CPC for the year- 2022-Reg.
Reference: Hqrs. Office Memorandum No A-24016/5/2025-E-II dated 21.9.2026.
A Draft All India seniority list in the cadre of Assistant/Head Clerk was drawn and circulated for calling for objections/representations, if any, to finalize the All India Seniority list of Assistant/Head Clerk for the year, 2022 from the enlisted officials.
Against the said draft seniority list, the objections/representations as received were duly examined and considered by the Competent Authority. Accordingly, necessary amendments in the draft All India Seniority list of Assistants has been made and with the following modification, the enclosed All India seniority list in the cadre of Assistant/Head Clerk , 2022 is ordered as final:-

Further, the official has represented that that certain officials who were appointed as Asstt. on 01.08.2022 Srl. No.02, 02.11.2022 Srl no. 8 have been placed above Sh. Rishi Sood in the seniority position, despite the fact that aforesaid official had joined as Asstt. on 05.05.2022 | The necessary rectification has been made in the All-India Seniority List of Assistants/Head Clerk for the year 2022.
The final All-India Seniority List of Assistant is being prepared by the Headquarters office by only merging the Final Regional seniority List received from respective regions as per policy dated 24/5/2022. |
The above Seniority List is being issued subject to outcome of court cases(if any), and its acceptance.
This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority.
