SUBJECT:-FINAL REVISED GRADATION/SENIORITY LIST IN THE CADRE OF ASSISTANT/HEAD CLERK (Pay Level-6) FOR THE YEAR 2015-2016-reg.
The Draft/Provisional All India Gradation/Seniority Lists of Assistants/Head Clerks promoted through DPC/LDCE for the Year 2015-16 was circulated vide this office Memorandum No. A01/02/revised seniority(Astt.)/2-24-E-II dated 23.07.2026 for calling for objections, if any, to finalize the All India Seniority list of Assistant/Head Clerk for the year 15-16 from the enlisted officials, in compliance of Hon'ble Court's order.
The Hon'ble CAT, New Delhi vide its order dated 30/01/2025 in OA No. 603/2021 filed by Shri Pawan Kumar had ordered to redraw the Seniority List of Head Clerk in terms of the new revised policy dated 24.05.2022. The Hon'ble High Court in WP 9219 / 2026 has upheld the order of the Hon'ble CAT, New Delhi vide its order dated 23.07.2026.
The Competent Authority, on acceptance of the above order of the Hon'ble Court has directed to comply with the order of the Hon'ble Court and redraw All-India Seniority of Assistant/Head Clerk as per the new policy dated 24.05.2022 in consultation with the ESIC Legal Counsel.
Accordingly, the same has been redrawn as per the Hon'ble CAT, New Delhi order dated 30/01/2025, judgment in the W.P (C) No. 9219 of 2026 and in consultation with the ESIC Legal Counsel.
Against the said draft seniority list, the following objections as received were duly examined and considered/disposed of by the Competent Authority and accordingly the draft seniority list issued vide Memorandum dated 23.07.2026 with the following modification is ordered as final:-
