  1. The regular promotion of official at Sl. No. 26 will take effect from 25.06.2026 i.e. the date of declaration of result by UPSC. However, the regular promotion of remaining officials will be effective from the date of assuming charge of the promoted post.

  2. All the aforementioned officials will be on probation for a period of 2 years from the date of regular promotion in terms of Regulation 5 of the Employees State Insurance Corporation (Staff & Conditions of Service) Regulations 2023.

  3. Their pay on regular promotion will be fixed in level-8 (Rs.47,600-1,51,100) under the provision of FR.22(I)(a) (1). The Official shall exercise his option for fixation within one month from the date of promotion as per saving clause under FR22(I)(a)(1).

  4. The promotion and posting of these officials are ordered in Public Interest and they are entitled for TA, DA and Joining Time, as admissible.

  5. The declaration by the officials regarding his acceptance of the promotion offered will be communicated by 03.08.2026. The controlling authority shall ensure that acceptance as received from the officer is communicated to this office, immediately.

  6. The request for alternative place of posting will not be accepted and the order of promotion will be cancelled without further correspondence in such cases without assigning any further reason thereof.

  7. The Regional Head, where the official has been ordered for posting on promotion, shall intimate the details of assumption of charge on promoted post by the officials, to this office in due course.

  8. The Charge report of the officers will be sent to all concerned in due course.
