F.No. E- 13/14/01/2026-PR Date: 13.02.2026 Circular Subject: Organising Cycling Event on 22 February, 2026 in connection with 75 th ESIC Foundation Day – reg. ESIC will observe its 75th foundation day on 24.02.2026 and to kick start the celebrations, the competent authority has directed to organize a Cycling Event on 22-02-2026 in collaboration with Fit India, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Govt. of India at different locations across India. The major Cycling event will be held at Delhi and Hon’ble Minister of Labour & Employment and Youth Affairs & Sports, Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya will preside over the function which will be organized at Major Dhyanchand Sports Stadium on 22.02.2026. The Regional Director, Delhi in coordination with Fit India will ensure that the event is organized successfully. In addition, Cycling Events will be conducted at 28 other locations across the country (list enclosed) in coordination with the concerned SAI Training Centre of the Fit India Campaign. Necessary arrangements should be made in advance in coordination with the respective SAI Training Centre of the Fit India Campaign for successful organization of the event. The procurement of T-shirts/ Tracksuits, Refreshment for participants and other logistics support etc., in this regard, will be done by the concerned Regional Directors/ SRO (I/C) in coordination with the respective SAI Training Centre of the Fit India Campaign All remaining Regional Offices and Sub-Regional Offices will organise the event at their own level on 22.02.2026. Necessary permission may be taken from the different authorities to organize event. It is also informed that any expenditure for the same may be done from their publicity/Misc. Budget. A compliance Report along with good quality video clips/ photographs of the event after successful completion of the event may be sent to this branch via mail for promotion through the official social media handles of ESIC Hqrs.
