MEMORANDUM
Subject: Reconstitution of National Litigation Committee.
In pursuance of the approval of the Director General for implementation of the Policy for Strengthening of the National Litigation Committee (NLC), and consequent upon the nomination of Shri T. Renuka Prasad, Insurance Commissioner, as Chairman of the NLC, the Committee is hereby reconstituted with the following composition:
