The Director General of the Employees State Insurance Corporation issues a revised manpower sanction for ESICH and Medical College Basaidarapur. The revision covers 600 commissioned beds and 50 ICU beds based on ESIC HR Norm 2023 and National Medical Commission requirements. This order supersedes all earlier sanctions. The Dean and Medical Superintendent must hire contractual and outsourced staff based on actual requirements and bed occupancy rather than the maximum sanctioned ceiling. All outsourced services must be procured through the Government e-Marketplace. Engagements require concurrence from local finance.
