The Director General of the Employees State Insurance Corporation approves the revised manpower sanction for ESIC Medical College and Hospital in Bihta for four hundred commissioned beds and twenty ICU beds. This revision applies to teaching faculties, medical officers, residents, allied healthcare professionals, administrative staff, engineering division, nursing staff, outsourced services, blood bank centre, and research facilities. The authority supersedes all earlier sanctions. The concerned dean or medical superintendent must procure all outsourced services exclusively through the Government e-Marketplace. The engagement of contractual and outsourced staff must remain within the specified upper ceiling based on actual requirements and local finance concurrence.
