The Director General of ESIC conveys the revised sanction of manpower for 207 commissioned beds and 23 ICU beds at ESIC Medical College and Hospital, Andheri, Maharashtra, superseding all earlier sanctions. The Dean and Medical Superintendent must hire contractual and outsourced staff based on actual requirements and local finance concurrence, without exceeding the specified upper ceiling limits. All outsourced services must be procured exclusively through GeM following headquarters guidelines. The unit must not engage Senior Residents if Bond Senior Residents are available, and must not engage Junior Residents or Tutors if General Duty Medical Officers or Bond Junior Residents are available.
