The Director General of ESIC approves the revised manpower sanction for 800 commissioned beds and 120 ICU beds at ESIC Medical College and Hospital in Faridabad, Haryana. This revision replaces all earlier sanctions and aligns with ESIC HR Norm 2023 and National Medical Commission requirements. The Dean and Medical Superintendent must hire contractual and outsourced staff based on actual requirements and bed occupancy without exceeding the specified upper ceilings. All contractual and outsourced engagements require concurrence by local finance. Outsourced services must be procured exclusively through the Government e-Marketplace portal.
