The Employees' State Insurance Corporation revises the manpower sanction for ESICH and MC KK Nagar Chennai for 834 commissioned beds and 61 ICU beds. The revision applies in supersession of all earlier sanctions. The Dean and Medical Superintendent hire contractual and outsourced staff on an actual requirement basis up to the specified ceiling. Local finance concurs with all engagements based on bed occupancy, actual workload, and local incidences. The hospital procures all outsourced services through GeM only.
