फा.सं. आरसीडी-15001/4/2021-विनियामक-भाखासुमाप्रा-पार्ट(1).— खाद्य सुरक्षा और मानक अधिनियम, 2006 (2006 का 34) की धारा 10 की उपधारा 5 के साथ पठित धारा 37 के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारतीय खाद्य सुरक्षा और मानक प्राधिकरण 2 सितम्बर, 2021 को भारत के राजपत्र असाधारण, भाग III, खंड 4 में प्रकाशित मूल अधिसूचना में संशोधन कर एतद्द्वारा निम्न अधिकारियों को खाद्य संरक्षा अधिकारी के रुप में उनके नाम के सम्मुख उल्लेखित क्षेत्र के लिए इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तिथी से अधिसूचित करता है:-

तालिका में,

1. क्र. सं. 66 का विलोप किया जाएगा;

2. क्र. सं. 77 के पश्चात, निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियों को संबंधित स्तंभों में रखा जाएगा, अर्थात:-

जी. कमलावर्धन राव, मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी [विज्ञापन-III/4/असा./337/2025-26]

टिप्पण—मूल अधिसूचना भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग III, खंड 4 में फा.सं. आरसीडी-15001/4/2021-विनियामक-भाखासंमाप्रा., तारीख 2 सितम्बर, 2021 द्वारा प्रकाशित की गई थी और तत्पश्चात अंतिम बार अधिसूचना संख्या फा.सं.आरसीडी-15001/4/2021-विनियामक-भाखासुमाप्रा-पार्ट(1), दिनाक 10 जुलाई द्वारा संशोधित की गई थी।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 29th August, 2025

F.No. RCD-15001/4/2021-Regulatory-FSSAI-part(1).––In exercise of the powers conferred under Sub-Section 5 of Section 10 read with Section 37 of the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 (34 of 2006), the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India hereby notifies the following officers as Central Food Safety Officers for the area mentioned against each with effect from the date of publication of this notification by amending the principal notification, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part III, Section 4 dated the 2nd September, 2021:-

In the table;

(1) Sr. no. 66 shall be omitted;

(2) after Sr. no. 77, the following entries shall be inserted in the respective columns namely,-

G. KAMALA VARDHANA RAO, Chief Executive Officer [ADVT.-III/4/Exty./337/2025-26]

NOTE—The principal notification was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part III, Section 4 vide F. No. RCD-15001/4/2021-Regulatory-FSSAI, dated the 2nd September, 2021 and last amended vide notification F. No. RCD-15001/4/2021-Regulatory-FSSAI-part(1) dated 10th July.
