फा. सं. आरसीडी-09001/1/2022-विनियमक-एफएसएसएआई.— खाद्य सुरक्षा और मानक अधिनियम, 2006 (2006 का 34) की धारा 11 की उपधारा (1) के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारतीय खाद्य सुरक्षा और मानक प्राधिकरण एतद द्वारा केंद्रीय सलाहकार समिति की स्थापना के लिए भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग 3, खंड 4, में दिनांक 9 अक्टूबर, 2025 को प्रकाशित अधिसूचना संख्या फाइल सं. आरसीडी-09001/1/2022-विनियमक-एफ.एस.एस.ए.आई में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करता है, अर्थात्: -

'कृषि' के अंतर्गत क्रम संख्या '5.' के पश्चात, निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियाँ अंतः स्थापित की जाएँगी, अर्थात्: -

No. RCD-09001/1/2022-Regulatory-FSSAI.— In exercise of the powers conferred under subsection (1) of section 11 of the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 (34 of 2006), the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India hereby makes the following amendment in the principal notification no. F.No RCD-09001/1/2022-Regulatory-FSSAI published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part III, Section 4 vide notification dated, the 9th October, 2025 for constitution of Central Advisory Committee, namely:-

After serial number ‘5.’ under ‘Agriculture’, the following entries shall be inserted, namely: -
