नई दिल्ली, 10 जुलाई, 2025

फा.सं.-आरसीडी-10002/1/2022-रेगुलेटरी-एफएसएसएआई—खाद्य सुरक्षा और मानक अधिनियम, 2006 (2006 का 34) की धारा 10 की उप-धारा 5 के साथ पठित धारा 37 के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारतीय खाद्य सुरक्षा और मानक प्राधिकरण 15 जून, 2021 को भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग III, खंड 4 में प्रकाशित मूल अधिसूचना में संशोधन कर एतद्द्वारा स्वास्थ्य सेवा महानिदेशालय, स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय के निम्न अधिकारियों को खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिकारी के रूप में उनके नाम के सम्मुख उल्लेखित क्षेत्र के लिए इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तिथि से अधिसूचित करता है:-

तालिका में,-

1. क्रम संख्या 1, 2 और 32 का विलोप किया जायेगा I

2. क्रम संख्या 32 के पश्चात सम्बंधित स्तंभों में निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियों को अंतःस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात:-

जी. कमलावर्धन राव, मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी [विज्ञापन-III/4/असा./240/2025-26]

टिप्पण- मूल अधिसूचना भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग III, खंड 4 में फा.सं. 1(100) 2015/सीएल-पोर्ट/एअरपोर्ट/एएनएफ/भाखासंमाप्रा, तारीख 15 जून,2021 द्वारा प्रकाशित की गई थी और ततपश्चात निम्नलिखित अधिसूचना संख्याओ द्वारा संशोधित की गई थी:

1. फा.सं.-आरसीडी-10002/1/2022-रेगुलेटरी-एफएसएसएआई, तारीख 28 फरवरी, 2022;

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 10th July, 2025

**F. No. RCD-10002/1/2022-Regulatory-FSSAI:—**In exercise of the powers conferred under Sub-Section 5 of Section 10 read with Section 37 of the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 (34 of 2006), the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India hereby notifies the following officers of Directorate General of Health Services, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, as Food Safety Officers for the area as mentioned against his /her name with effect from the date of publication of this notification by amending the principal notification, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part III, Section 4 dated the 15th June 2021:—

In the table,-

1. serial number 1,2 and 32 shall be omitted;

2. after serial number 32, the following entries shall be inserted in the respective columns, namely:—

G. KAMALA VARDHANA RAO, Chief Executive Officer [ADVT.-III/4/Exty./240/2025-26]

Note: The principal notification was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part III, Section 4 vide F.No. 1(100)2015/CL-Port/Airport/Enf/FSSAI, dated the 15th June, 2021 and subsequently amended vide notification numbers:

1. F. No. RCD-10002/1/2022-Regulatory-FSSAI, dated 28th February, 2022;
2. F. No. RCD-10002/1/2022-Regulatory-FSSAI, dated 11th April, 2022;
3. F. No. RCD-10002/1/2022-Regulatory-FSSAI, dated 13th December, 2022; and
