फा. सं. क्यूए-12012/8/2021-क्यूए-एफएसएसएआई.—खाद्य सुरक्षा और मानक अधिनियम, 2006 (2006 का संख्यांक 34) की धारा 43 की उप-धारा(1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारतीय खाद्य सुरक्षा और मानक प्राधिकरण एतद्द्वारा भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग-II, खंड 3, उप-खंड (ii) में दिनांक 6 दिसंबर, 2016 को प्रकाशित अधिसूचना संख्या का. आ. सं. 3648(अ) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करता है, अर्थात्: -

तालिका में,-

1. पूर्वी क्षेत्र से सम्बंधित ‘घ’ में,

(1) पश्चिम बंगाल के नीचे,

(क) कॉलम (1) में, क्रम संख्या 3 और कॉलम (2) और (3) में उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियाँ लुप्त कर दी जाएँ;

(ख) कॉलम (1) में, क्रम संख्या 12 और कॉलम (2) और (3) में उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियाँ लुप्त कर दी जाएँ।

टिप्पण: मूल अधिसूचना भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उप-खंड (ii) में का.आ. संख्या 3648 (अ), दिनांक 6 दिसंबर, 2016 द्वारा प्रकाशित हुई थी और अंतिम संशोधन भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग III, खंड 4 मे अधिसूचना संख्या फा. सं. क्यूए-12012/8/2021-क्यूए-एफएसएसएआई, दिनांक 4 सितम्बर, 2024 के माध्यम से की गई थी।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 21st October, 2024

F. No. QA-12012/8/2021-QA-FSSAI.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section 43 of the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 (34 of 2006), the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India hereby makes the following amendment in the notification number S.O. number 3648 (E) published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 6th December, 2016, namely: -

In the table,

1. In ‘D’ related to EASTERN REGION,

(1) under West Bengal,

(a) at serial number 3, in column (1) and respective entries in column (2) & (3) of the row shall be deleted;

(b) at serial number 12, in column (1) and respective entries in column (2) & (3) of the row shall be deleted.
