फा. सं. क्यूए-12013/7/2021-क्यूए-एफएसएसएआई.—खाद्य सुरक्षा और मानक अधिनियम, 2006 (2006 का 34) की धारा 43 की उप-धारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारतीय खाद्य सुरक्षा और मानक प्राधिकरण की भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग-2, खंड 3, उप-खंड (ii) में दिनांक 12 जनवरी, 2017 को प्रकाशित अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 97 (अ), दिनांक 10 जनवरी, 2017 में निम्नलिखित प्रयोगशालाओं को पूरे भारत में और मान्यता के वैध दायरे के अनुसार रेफरल खाद्य प्रयोगशाला के कार्यों को करने के लिए अधिसूचित करता है, अर्थात्:-

1. सारणी में, क्रम संख्या 22 के पश्चात सम्बंधित स्तंभों में निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियों को अंतःस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्:-

टिप्पण- मूल अधिसूचना भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग 2, खंड 3, उप-खंड (ii) में का.आ. 97(अ), दिनांक 10 जनवरी, 2017 द्वारा प्रकाशित हुई थी और तत्पश्चात और तत्पश्चात अंतिम बार अधिसूचना संख्या फा. सं. क्यूए-12013/7/2021-क्यूए-एफएसएसएआई, दिनांक 29 मई 2025 द्वारा संशोधित की गई थी।

FOOD SAFETY AND STANDARDS AUTHORITY OF INDIA

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 29th August, 2025

F. No. QA-12013/7/2021-QA-FSSAI.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 43 of the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 (34 of 2006), the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India hereby makes the following amendment in the notification number S.O. 97(E) dated the 10th January, 2017, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) on 12th January, 2017, and hereby notifies the following laboratories to carryout functions of referral food laboratory all over India and as per valid scope of accreditation, namely:-

1. In the TABLE, after serial number 22, the following entries shall be inserted in the respective columns, namely: -

Note: The principal notification was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, sub-section (ii), vide S.O. number 97 (E), dated the 10th January, 2017 and last amended vide notification number F. No. QA-12013/7/2021-QA-FSSAI dated 29th May, 2025.
