फा. सं. आरसीडी-09001/1/2022-रेग्युलेटरी-एफएसएसएआई—खाद्य सुरक्षा और मानक अधिनियम, 2006 (2006 का 34) की धारा 11 की उपधारा (1) के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारतीय खाद्य सुरक्षा और मानक प्राधिकरण एतद द्वारा केंद्रीय सलाहकार समिति की स्थापना के लिए भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग 3, खंड 4, में दिनांक 27 जुलाई, 2022 को प्रकाशित अधिसूचना संख्या फाइल सं. आरसीडी-09001/1/2022-रेग्युलेटरी-एफएसएसएआई में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करता है, अर्थात्, -

क्रम संख्या ‘7’ में शब्दों “श्री जॉर्ज चेरियन, निदेशक,” के स्थान पर शब्दों “श्री दीपक सक्सेना, सह-निदेशक,” को प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगा।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 26th June, 2024

F. No. RCD-09001/1/2022-Regulatory-FSSAI—In exercise of the powers conferred under subsection (1) of section 11 of the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 (34 of 2006), the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India hereby makes the following amendments in the principal notification no. F. No. RCD-09001/1/2022-Regulatory-FSSAI published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part III, Section 4 vide notification on 27^th July, 2022 for constitution of Central Advisory Committee—

at serial no. 7, for the words “Shri George Cheriyan, Director,”, the words “Shri Deepak Saxena, Associate Director,” shall be substituted.
