फा. सं. पी. 15014/8/2023-एफआर.—भारतीय राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग-2, खंड 3, उप-खंड 1 अधिसूचना संख्या जी.एस.आर 362 (ई) दिनांक 5 मई, 2011 में प्रकाशित खाद्य सुरक्षा और मानक नियम, 2011 के नियम 2.1.3 के उप-नियम 1 के खंड (ii) के को द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा केन्द्र सरकार के पूर्वानुमोदन से भारतीय खाद्य सुरक्षा और मानक प्राधिकरण खाद्य सुरक्षा और मानक अधिनियम, 2006 (2006 का 34) के अधीन निर्मित नियमों का पालन करते हुए खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिकारी के पद के लिए निम्नलिखित पाठ्यक्रमों को मान्यता देता है-
- किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय अथवा संस्थान से निम्नलिखित अध्ययन के विषयो में स्नातक या स्नातकोत्तर या डॉक्टरेट की उपाधि:-

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 21st September, 2023
F. No. P. 15014/8/2023-FR.—In exercise of the powers conferred under clause (ii) of sub-rule 1 of rule 2.1.3 of the Food Safety and Standards Rules, 2011, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-Section (i), vide notification number G.S.R.362 (E), dated the 5th May, 2011, the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India with the approval of the Central Government hereby makes the following courses recognized for the post of Food Safety Officer under the provisions of the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 (34 of 2006) and the rules made thereunder, namely:-
- A Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree or Doctorate degree from a recognized University or institution in the following disciplines:-
