सं. 30/03/2016-इंसोल्वेंसी.— केन्द्रीय सरकार, दिवाला और शोधन अक्षमता संहिता, 2016 (2016 का 31) की धारा 189 की उप-धारा (1) के खंड (ख) के प्रावधानों के अनुसार, श्रीमती तन्वी सुंद्रियाल, संयुक्त सचिव, कारपोरेट कार्य मंत्रालय को भारतीय दिवाला और शोधन अक्षमता बोर्ड में उक्त मंत्रालय का प्रतिनिधित्व करने के लिए उक्त बोर्ड में पदेन सदस्य के रूप में नियुक्त करती है।

No. 30/03/2016-Insolvency.— In accordance with the provisions of clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 189 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (31 of 2016), the Central Government hereby appoints Smt. Tanvi Sundriyal, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Corporate Affairs as ex-officio member in the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India to represent the said Ministry in said Board.
