का.आ. 3110(अ).– केन्द्रीय सरकार, दिवाला और शोधन अक्षमता संहिता, 2016 (2016 का 31) की धारा 188 की उपधारा (1) और उपधारा (3) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तारीख 01 अक्तूबर, 2016 को भारतीय दिवाला और शोधन अक्षमता बोर्ड की स्थापना की तारीख के रूप में नियत करती है। भारतीय दिवाला और शोधन अक्षमता बोर्ड का मुख्यालय नई दिल्ली में होगा।

New Delhi, the $1^{\text{st}}$ October, 2016
S.O. 3110(E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) and (3) of section 188 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (31 of 2016), the Central Government hereby appoints $01^{\text{st}}$ October, 2016 as the date of establishment of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India. The head office of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India shall be at New Delhi.

का.आ. 3111(अ).–केन्द्रीय सरकार, दिवाला और शोधन अक्षमता संहिता, 2016 (2016 का 31) की धारा 189 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए श्री मधु सूदन साहू को, भारतीय दिवाला और शोधन अक्षमता बोर्ड के अध्यक्ष के रूप में 01 अक्तूबर, 2016 से अर्थात् कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तारीख से पांच वर्ष की अवधि के लिए या पैंसठ वर्ष की आयु होने तक या अगले आदेश तक, इनमें जो भी पहले हो, नियुक्त करती है।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the $1^{\text{st}}$ October, 2016
S.O. 3111(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 189 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (31 of 2016), the Central Government hereby appoints Sh. Madhu Sudan Sahoo, as Chairperson of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India with effect from $1^{\text{st}}$ October, 2016 i.e. date of assumption of the charge for a period of five years or upto sixty-five years of age or until further orders, whichever is the earlier.
