सा.का.जन. 411(अ).—केंद्रीर् सरकार, कंपनी अजधजनर्म, 2013 (2013 का 18) की धारा 469 की उप-धारा (1) और उप-धारा (2) द्वारा प्रित्त िजिर्ों का प्रर्ोग करते हुए, कंपनी (जनगमन) जनर्म, 2014 का और संिोधन करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत जनर्म बनाती है, अर्ायत् :—

1. (1) इन जनर्मों का नाम कंपनी (जनगमन) संिोधन जनर्म, 2024 है।

• (2) र्े रािपत्र में इनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।

2. कंपनी (जनगमन) जनर्म, 2014, के जनर्म 8क के, उप जनर्म (1) में, -

• i. खंड (त) में, िब्ि, 'जनजध' का लोप दकर्ा िाएगा।
• ii. खंड (फ) का लोप दकर्ा िाएगा।

MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 16th July, 2024

G.S.R. 411(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 469 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014, namely: -

1. (1) These rules may be called the Companies (Incorporation) Amendment Rules, 2024.

• (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014, in rule 8A, in sub-rule (1),-

• (i.) in clause (p), the word “Nidhi”, shall be omitted;
• (ii.) clause (v) shall be omitted.
