का.आ. 3140(अ).—केंद्रीय सरकार, कंपनी अधिनियम, 2013 (2013 का 18) की धारा 2 के खंड (11) के उप-खंड (ii) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, उक्त उप-खंड के प्रयोजनों के लिए, ब्राजील संघीय गणराज्य, रूसी संघ, भारत गणराज्य, चीन जनवादी गणराज्य और दक्षिण अफ्रीका गणराज्य की सरकारों के बीच 15 जुलाई, 2014 को फोर्टालेजा, ब्राजील में हस्ताक्षरित करार, उसके अनुबंध सहित, तथा उसमें किए गए किन्हीं संशोधनों के अधीन स्थापित न्यू डेवलपमेंट बैंक को विनिर्दिष्ट करती है।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 16th June, 2026

S.O. 3140(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (ii) of clause (11) of section 2 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013), the Central Government hereby specifies, for the purposes of the said sub-clause, the New Development Bank, established under an agreement including its Annexe amongst the Governments of Federative Republic of Brazil, the Russian Federation, the Republic of India, the People's Republic of China and the Republic of South Africa signed on 15th July, 2014 at the city of Fortaleza, Brazil and any amendment thereto.
