सा.का.जन. 432(अ).— केंद्रीर् सरकार, कंपनी अजधजनर्म, 2013 (2013 का 18) की धारा 458, धारा 459 और धारा 469 के साथ पठित धारा 247 द्वारा प्रित्त िजिर्ों का प्रर्ोग करते हुए, कंपनी (रजिस्ट्रीकृत मूल्र्ांकक और मूल्र्ांकन) जनर्म, 2017 का और संिोधन करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत जनर्म बनाती है, अथायत्:-

1. संजिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ - (1) इन जनर्मों का संजिप्त नाम कंपनी (रजिस्ट्रीकृत मूल्र्ांकक और मूल्र्ांकन) संिोधन जनर्म, 2026 है। (2) र्े रािपत्र में इनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।

2. कंपनी (रजिस्ट्रीकृत मूल्र्ांकक और मूल्र्ांकन) जनर्म, 2017 के जनर्म 12 में, उप-जनर्म (1) में खंड (i) के स्ट्थान पर जनम्नजलजखत खंड रखा िाएगा, अथायत्:-

“(i) र्ह कंपनी अजधजनर्म, 1956 (1956 का 1) की धारा 25 र्ा कंपनी अजधजनर्म, 2013 (2013 का 18) की धारा 8 के अधीन रजिस्ट्रीकृत दकर्ा गर्ा है, जिसके पास ;-

• (क) न्र्ूनतम पच्चीस लाख रुपर्े की समाित्त अंि पूंिी है;
• (ख) दकसी आजस्ट्त वगय र्ा आजस्ट्त वगों के मूल्र्ांककों के जवजनर्मन से संबंजधत मामलों से व्यौहार करने का एकमात्र उद्देश्र् है; तथा
• (ग) उपाबंध-3 में जवजनर्ियष्ट अपेिाओं को अंतर्वयष्ट करने वाली उप-जवजधर्ां हैं:

परंतु, कोई रजिस्ट्रीकृत मूल्र्ांकक संस्ट्थान जिसके पास कंपनी (रजिस्ट्रीकृत मूल्र्ांकक और मूल्र्ांकन) संिोधन जनर्म, 2026 के प्रारंभ की तारीख को जवजनर्ियष्ट न्र्ूनतम समाित्त अंि पूंिी नहीं है तो वह 31 माचय, 2028 को र्ा उससे पहले इस अपेिा का अनुपालन करेगा”।

ठटप्पण: मूल जनर्म भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण, भाग-II, खंड-3, उपखंड (i) में संख्र्ा सा.का.जन. 1316(अ), तारीख 18 अिूबर, 2017 द्वारा प्रकाजित दकए गए थे और तत्पश्चात सा.का.जन. 155(अ), तारीख 9 फरवरी, 2018, सा.का.जन. 559(अ), तारीख 13 िून, 2018, सा.का.जन. 925(अ), तारीख 25 जसतंबर, 2018 सा.का.जन. 1108(अ), तारीख 13 नवंबर, 2018 तथा सा.का.जन. 831(अ), तारीख 21 नवंबर, 2022 द्वारा संिोजधत दकए गए थे।

MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 1st June, 2026

G.S.R. 432(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 247 read with sections 458,459 and 469 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Companies (Registered Valuers and Valuation) Rules, 2017, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement. – (1) These rules may be called the Companies (Registered Valuers and Valuation) Amendment Rules, 2026. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Companies (Registered Valuers and Valuation) Rules, 2017, in rule 12, in sub-rule (1), for clause (i) the following clause shall be substituted, namely:-

“(i) it has been registered under section 25 of the Companies Act, 1956 (1of 1956) or section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013), having, -

• (a) a minimum paid-up share capital of twenty-five lakh rupees;
• (b) the sole object of dealing with matters relating to regulation of valuers of an asset class or asset classes; and
• (c) bye-laws containing the requirements specified in Annexure –III:

Provided that a registered valuer organisation which does not have the specified minimum paid-up capital as on the date of the commencement of the Companies (Registered Valuers and Valuation) Amendment Rules, 2026 shall comply with this requirement on or before 31st March, 2028”.
