सा.का.नि. 452(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार, कम्पनी अधिनियम, 2013 (2013 का 18) की धारा 135 और धारा 469 की उपधारा (1) और उपधारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, कम्पनी (कारपोरेट सामाजिक दायित्व नीति) नियम, 2014 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थात्:-

1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ.- (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम कम्पनी (कारपोरेट सामाजिक दायित्व नीति) संशोधन नियम, 2025 है।

(2) ये 14 जुलाई, 2025 से लागू होंगे।

2. कम्पनी (कारपोरेट सामाजिक दायित्व नीति) नियम, 2014 में ई-प्ररूप संख्या सीएसआर-1 के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित ई-प्ररूप रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्:-

ई-फॉम संख्या सीएसआर-1 सीएसआर क्रियाकलाप करने के लिए इकाइयों का रजिस्ट्रीकरण [कंपनी अधिनियम, 2013 की धारा 135 तथा कंपनी (सीएसआर नीति) नियम, 2014 के नियम 4(1) और धारा 4(2) के अनुसार]

ई-फॉर्म फाइल करने के लिए निर्देश किट देखें

• से चिह्नित सभी क्षेत्र अनिवार्य हैं

इकाई विवरण

1 *इकाई की प्रकृति

• धारा 8 के अधीन स्थापित कंपनी, आयकर अधिनियम, 1961 की धारा 10 के खंड (23ग) के उपखंड (iv), उपखंड (v), उपखंड (vi) या उपखंड (viक) के अधीन छूट प्राप्त और धारा 80छ के अधीन अनुमोदित ।
• धारा 8 के अधीन स्थापित कंपनी, आयकर अधिनियम, 1961 की धारा 12क के अधीन रजिस्ट्रीकृत और धारा 80छ के अधीन अनुमोदित कंपनी।
• आयकर अधिनियम, 1961 की धारा 10 के खंड (23ग) के उपखंड (iv), उपखंड (v), उपखंड (vi) या उपखंड (viक) के अधीन छूट प्राप्त और धारा 80छ के अधीन अनुमोदित, रजिस्ट्रीकृत लोक न्यास ।
• आयकर अधिनियम, 1961 की धारा 12क के अधीन रजिस्ट्रीकृत और धारा 80छ के अधीन अनुमोदित, रजिस्ट्रीकृत लोक न्यास ।
• आयकर अधिनियम, 1961 की धारा 10 के खंड (23ग) के उपखंड (iv), उपखंड (v), उपखंड (vi) या उपखंड (viक) के अधीन छूट प्राप्त और धारा 80छ के अधीन अनुमोदित, रजिस्ट्रीकृत सोसाइटी ।
• आयकर अधिनियम, 1961 की धारा 12क के अधीन रजिस्ट्रीकृत और धारा 80छ के अधीन अनुमोदित, रजिस्ट्रीकृत सोसाइटी ।
• धारा 8 के अधीन स्थापित कंपनी या केंद्रीय सरकार या राज्य सरकार द्वारा स्थापित रजिस्ट्रीकृत न्यास या रजिस्ट्रीकृत सोसाइटी ।
• संसद या राज्य विधानमंडल के अधिनियम के अधीन स्थापित इकाई ।

2(क) क्या इकाई किसी कंपनी या कंपनियों के समूह द्वारा स्थापित की गई है हाँ [ ] नहीं [ ]

टिप्पण: कंपनी अधिनियम, 2013 की धारा 448 और धारा 449 के उपबंधों की ओर ध्यान आकृष्ट किया जाता है, जिनमें क्रमशः मिथ्या कथन/प्रमाणपत्र के लिए दंड और मिथ्या साक्ष्य के लिए दंड का उपबंध है।

केवल कार्यालय के उपयोग के लिए: ई-फॉर्म सेवा अनुरोध संख्या (एसआरएन) ई-फॉर्म फाइल करने की तिथि (दिन/माह/वर्ष)

यह ई-फॉर्म प्राधिकृत व्यक्ति और वृत्तिक द्वारा दिए गए सत्यता के बयान के आधार पर इलेक्ट्रॉनिक मोड के माध्यम से कंपनी रजिस्ट्रार द्वारा रखी गई फाइल पर लिया गया है।

New Delhi, the 7th July, 2025.

G.S.R. 452(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 135 and sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 469 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Companies (Corporate Social Responsibility Policy) Rules, 2014, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement. - (1) These rules may be called the Companies (Corporate Social Responsibility Policy) Amendment Rules, 2025.

(3) They shall come into force with effect from the 14th day of July, 2025.

2. In the Companies (Corporate Social Responsibility Policy) Rules, 2014, for e-form No. CSR-1, the following e-form shall be substituted, namely:—

e-form No. CSR-1 Registration of Entities for undertaking CSR Activities [Pursuant to section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013 and rule and 4(2) of Companies (CSR Policy) Rules, 2014]
