सा.का.नि. 607(अ).—केंद्रीय सरकार, कंपनी अधिनियम, 2013 (2013 का 18) की धारा 469 के साथ पठित धारा 125 की उपधारा (11) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, विनिधानकर्ता शिक्षा और संरक्षण निधि प्राधिकरण (वार्षिक लेखा कथन का प्ररूप) नियम, 2018 का और संशोधन करने हेतु निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थात्,–

1. (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम विनिधानकर्ता शिक्षा और संरक्षण निधि प्राधिकरण (वार्षिक लेखा कथन का प्ररूप) संशोधन नियम, 2024 है।

(2) ये नियम राजपत्र में इनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।

2. विनिधानकर्ता शिक्षा और संरक्षण निधि प्राधिकरण (वार्षिक लेखा कथन का प्ररूप) नियम, 2018 के नियम 5 के, उप-नियम (2) में, "एक सदस्य", शब्दों के स्थान पर, "मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी", शब्द रखे जाएंगे।

MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 3rd October, 2024

G.S.R. 607(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (11) of section 125 read with section 469 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Form of Annual Statement of Accounts) Rules, 2018, namely:-

1. (1) These rules may be called the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Form of Annual Statement of Accounts) Amendment Rules, 2024.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Form of Annual Statement of Accounts) Rules, 2018, in rule 5, in sub-rule (2), for the words “one Member”, the words “the chief executive officer” shall be substituted.
