के अिुसार हैं एलएलपी सिझौते िें; (iii) एलएलपी करार की िूल प्रयत कभी भी िांगे जािे पर, प्रस्तुत की जाएगी; (iv) अंशदाि िें पररवतयि के िािले िें रह्जस्रार को देि शुल्क का भुगताि ककिा जा िुका है/ककिा जा रहा है; (v) िैं इस कथि को सत्ि िािते हुए ईिािदारी से कहता हूं। (vi) िैं इस प्रपत्र पर हस्तािर करिे के मलए प्राचधकृत हूं। * डडजजटल रूप से हस्ताक्षररत होना एक नामित भागीदार: *िामित भागीदार का
