L.-33004/99 xxxGIDHxxx xxxGIDExxx असाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग II—खण् ड 3—उप-खण् ड (ii) PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (ii) प्राजधकार से प्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY कारपोरेट कायय मंत्रालय अजधसूचना नई ददल्ली, 2 फ़रवरी, 2024 का.आ. 446(अ).—केंद्रीय सरकार, कंपनी अजधजनयम, 2013 (2013 का 18) की धारा 396 की उप-धारा (1) और उप-धारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, उि धारा के उपबंधों के प्रयोिन के जलए भारतीय कारपोरेट कायय संस्ट्थान, प्लॉट संख्या 6,7,8, सेक्टर 5, आईएमटी मानेसर, जिला गुड़गांव (हररयाणा), जपन कोड- 122050 में पूरे भारत पर क्षेत्रीय अजधकाररता रखने वाला एक केंद्रीय प्रसंस्ट्करण केंद्र स्ट्थाजपत करती है। 2. केंद्रीय प्रसंस्ट्करण केंद्र, कंपनी (कायायलयों का रजिस्ट्रीकरण और फीस) जनयम, 2014 में यथा-उपबंजधत फीस के साथ फ़ाइल दकए गए ई-प्ररूपों को संसाजधत करेगा और उन्हें जनपटाएगा। 3. क्षेत्राजधकार रजिस्ट्रार, केंद्रीय प्रसंस्ट्करण केंद्र के रजिस्ट्रार के जसवाय, जिसके अजधकार क्षेत्र में कंपनी का रजिस्ट्रीकृत कायायलय जस्ट्थत है, के पास उन कंपजनयों पर अजधकार क्षेत्र बना रहेगा जिनके ई-प्ररूप कंपनी अजधजनयम, 2013 और उसके अधीन बनाए गए जनयमों के अन्य सभी उपबंधों के संबंध में केंद्रीय प्रसंस्ट्करण केंद्र के रजिस्ट्रार द्वारा संसाजधत दकए िाते हैं। 4. यह अजधसूचना 06 फ़रवरी, 2024 से प्रवृत्त होगी। [फा. सं. ए-42/46/2023-प्रिा.II-एमसीए] अनुराधा ठाकुर, अपर सजचव सं. 418] नई ददल्ली, िुक्रवार, फरवरी 2, 2024/माघ 13, 1945 No. 418] NEW DELHI, FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 2, 2024/MAGHA 13, 1945 सी.जी.-डी.एल.-अ.-02022024-251748 CG-DL-E-02022024-251748 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 2nd February, 2024 S.O. 446(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 396 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013), the Central Government hereby establishes a Central Processing Centre at Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs, Plot No. 6,7,8, Sector 5, IMT Manesar, District Gurgaon (Haryana), Pin Code- 122050 having territorial jurisdiction all over India, for the purpose of the provisions of the said section. 2. The Central Processing Centre shall process and dispose off e-forms filed along with the fee as provided in the Companies (Registration of Offices and Fees) Rules, 2014. 3. The jurisdictional Registrar, other than Registrar of the Central Processing Centre, within whose jurisdiction the registered office of the company is situated shall continue to have jurisdiction over the companies whose e-forms are processed by the Registrar of the Central Processing Centre in respect of all other provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the rules made thereunder. 4.
