का.आ. 4744(अ).—केंद्रीय सरकार, कंपनी (संशोधन) अधिनियम, 2020 (2020 का 29) की धारा 1 की उपधारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, 30 अक्टूबर, 2023 को उस तारीख के रूप में नियत करती है जिस तारीख को उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 5 के उपबंध लागू होंगे।

S.O. 4744(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Companies (Amendment) Act, 2020 (29 of 2020), the Central Government hereby appoints the 30th day of October, 2023 as the date on which the provisions of section 5 of the said Act shall come into force.
