का.आ. 4852(अ).—केंद्रीय सरकार, कंपनी अजधजनयम, 2013 (2013 का 18) की धारा 396 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और कारपोरेट कायय मंत्रालय की अजधसूचना जो भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उप-खंड (i) में संखयांक सा.का.जन. 832(अ), तारीख 3 नवंबर, 2015 द्वारा प्रकजित की गई थी, उन बातों के जसवाय अजधक्ांत करते हुए, जजन्हें ऐसे अजधक्मण से पूवय दकया गया है या करने का लोप दकया गया है, एतद् द्वारा नीचे दी गई सारणी के स्ट्तम्भ (2) में जनर्ददष्ट कारपोरेट कायय मंत्रालय में जनम्नजलजखत प्रादेजिक जनदेिकों की स्ट्थापना करती है, जो उन्हें उि अजधजनयम द्वारा प्रदत्त कायों का जनवयहन करेंगे या नीचे दी गई सारणी के संगत स्ट्तम्भ (3) में यथाजवजनर्ददष्ट गए संबंजधत क्षेत्राजधकार के जलए उि अजधजनयम के अधीन केंद्रीय सरकार द्वारा उन्हें प्रत्यायोजजत करेंगे, अथायत्:-

3.यह अजधसूचना राजपत्र में 01 जनवरी, 2026 को प्रवृत्त होगी।

New Delhi, the 23rd October, 2025
S.O. 4852(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 396 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013) and in supersession of the notification of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide number G.S.R. 832 (E), dated the 3rd November, 2015, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby establishes, the following Regional Directors in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs specified in column (2) of the Table below to discharge the functions conferred upon them by the said Act or delegated to them by the Central Government under said Act for the respective jurisdiction as indicated in the corresponding column (3) of the Table below, namely:-
