का.आ. 697(अ).— केंद्रीय सरकार, कंपनी अधिनियम, 2013 (2013 का 18) की धारा 458 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए जो अधिसूचना संख्या सा.का.नि. 333 (अ), दिनांक 29 अप्रैल, 2015 के माध्यम से सीमित देयता भागीदारी पर लागू होती है, एतद्द्वारा भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उप-खंड (ii) दिनांक 11 फरवरी, 2022, में प्रकाशित कारपोरेट कार्य मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 623 (अ) दिनांक 11 फरवरी, 2022 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, सिवाय उन कार्यों के जो ऐसे संशोधन से पहले किए गए थे या नहीं किए गए थे, अर्थात्:-

उक्त अधिसूचना में, “मुंबई, कोलकाता, चेन्नई, नई दिल्ली, अहमदाबाद, हैदराबाद और गुवाहाटी में प्रादेशिक निदेशक” शब्दों के स्थान पर “अहमदाबाद, बंगलोर, चंडीगढ़, चेन्नई, गुवाहाटी, हैदराबाद, कोलकाता, मुंबई, नवी मुंबई और नई दिल्ली में प्रादेशिक निदेशक” शब्द रखे जाएंगे।

2. यह अधिसूचना 16 फरवरी, 2026 से प्रभावी होगी।

MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 10th February, 2026

S.O. 697(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 458 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013), applied to the limited liability partnership vide notification number G.S.R. 333(E), dated the 29th April, 2015, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs number S.O. 623 (E), dated 11th February, 2022 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 11th February, 2022, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such amendment, namely: —

In the said notification, for the words “Regional Directors at Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, New Delhi, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad and Guwahati”, the words “Regional Directors at Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chandigarh, Chennai, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and New Delhi” shall be substituted.

2. This notification shall come into force with effect from the 16th day of February, 2026.
