का.आ. 699(अ).— केंद्रीर् सरकार, कंपनी अधिधनयम, 2013 (2013 का 18) की िारा 458 द्वारा प्रदत्त शधियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, एतद्द्वारा में भारत के राजपत्र, असािारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उप-खंड (ii) ददनांक 31 मार्च, 2015 में प्रकाधशत अधिसूर्ना संख्या का.आ. 891 (अ) ददनांक 31 मार्च, 2015 संशोिन करती है, धसवाय उन कायों के जो ऐसे संशोिन से पहले दकए गए थे या नहीं दकए गए थे, अथाचत्:-

उि अधिसूर्ना में, “म ंबई, कोलकाता, र्ेन्नई, नोएडा, अहमदाबाद, हैदराबाद और धशलांग में प्रािेजिक जनिेजिक” शब्दों के स्थान पर “अहमदाबाद, बंगलौर, र्ंडीगढ़, र्ेन्नई, ग वाहाटी, हैदराबाद, कोलकाता, म ंबई, नवी म ंबई और नई ददल्ली में प्रािेजिक जनिेजिक” शब्द रखे जाएंगे।

2. यह अधिसूर्ना 16 फरवरी, 2026 से प्रभावी होगी।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 10th February, 2026

S.O. 699(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 458 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs number S.O. 891 (E), dated 31st March, 2015 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 31st March, 2015, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such amendment, namely:-

In the said notification, for the words “Regional Directors at Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Noida, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad and Shillong”, the words “Regional Directors at Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chandigarh, Chennai, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and New Delhi” shall be substituted.

2. This notification shall come into force with effect from the 16th day of February, 2026.
