का.आ. 707(अ).— केंद्रीर् सरकार, कंपनी अधिधनयम, 2013 (2013 का 18) की िारा 458 द्वारा प्रदत्त शधियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, एतद्द्वारा संशोिन करती है, जो भारत के राजपत्र, असािारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उप-खंड (ii) ददनांक 6 धसतंबर, 2017 में प्रकाधशत अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 2938 (अ) ददनांक 6 धसतंबर, 2017 में संिोधन करती है, धसवाय उन कायों के जो ऐसे संशोिन से पहले दकए गए थे या नहीं दकए गए थे, अथाात्:-

उि अधिसूचना में, “म ंबई, कोलकाता, चेन्नई, नई ददल्ली, अहमदाबाद, हैदराबाद और धशलांग में प्रािेजिक जनिेजिक” शब्दों के स्थान पर “अहमदाबाद, बंगलौर, चंडीगढ़, चेन्नई, ग वाहाटी, हैदराबाद, कोलकाता, म ंबई, नवी म ंबई और नई ददल्ली में प्रािेजिक जनिेजिक” शब्द रखे जाएंगे।

2. यह अधिसूचना 16 फरवरी, 2026 से प्रभावी होगी।

MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 10th February, 2026

S.O. 707(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 458 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs number S.O. 2938 (E) dated 6th September, 2017, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 6th September, 2017, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such amendment, namely:-

In the said notification, for the words “Regional Directors at Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, New Delhi, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad and Shillong”, the words “Regional Directors at Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chandigarh, Chennai, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and New Delhi” shall be substituted.

2. This notification shall come into force with effect from 16th day of February, 2026.
