का.आ. 708(अ).— केंद्रीर् सरकार, कंपनी अजधजनर्म, 2013 (2013 का 18) की धारा 458 द्वारा प्रित्त िजिर्ों का प्रर्ोग करते हुए, एतद्द्वारा भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उप-खंड (ii) दिनांक 20 दिसंबर, 2018 में प्रकाजित अजधसूचना संख्र्ा का.आ. 6225(अ) में संिोधन करती है, जसवार् उन कार्ों के िो ऐसे संिोधन से पहले दकए गए थे र्ा नहीं दकए गए थे, अथायत्:-
उि अजधसूचना में, “म ंबई, कोलकाता, चेन्नई, नई दिल्ली, अहमिाबाि, हैिराबाि और जिलांग में प्रािेजिक जनिेजिक” िब्िों के स्ट्थान पर “अहमिाबाि, बंगलौर, चंडीगढ़, चेन्नई, ग वाहाटी, हैिराबाि, कोलकाता, म ंबई, नवी म ंबई और नई दिल्ली में प्रािेजिक जनिेजिक” िब्ि रखे िाएंगे।
- र्ह अजधसूचना 16 फरवरी, 2026 से प्रभावी होगी।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 10th February, 2026
S.O. 708(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 458 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs number S.O. 6225 (E) dated 18th December, 2018, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 20th December, 2018, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such amendment, namely:-
In the said notification, for the words “Regional Directors at Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, New Delhi, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad and Shillong”, the words “Regional Directors at Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chandigarh, Chennai, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and New Delhi” shall be substituted.
- This notification shall come into force with effect from 16th day of February, 2026.
