का.आ. 1994(अ).—केंद्र सरकार, ऑनलाइन गेमिंग संवर्धन और विनियमन अधिनियम, 2025 (2025 का 32) की धारा 1 की उप-धारा (3) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, 01 मई, 2026 को उस तिथि के रूप में नियत करती है, जिस तिथि को उक्त अधिनियम प्रवृत्त होंगे।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 22nd April, 2026

S.O. 1994(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025 (32 of 2025), the Central Government hereby appoints the 1^st day of May, 2026 as the date on which the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
