ADDENDUM TO THE SCHEME INFORMATION DOCUMENT (SID) AND KEY INFORMATION MEMORANDUM (KIM)
LAKSHYA OVERNIGHT FUND
Change in Date of Allotment and Re-opening Date
Investors are hereby informed that the Date of Allotment and Re-opening Date of Lakshya Overnight Fund, as mentioned in the Scheme Information Document (“SID”) and Key Information Memorandum (“KIM”), shall stand revised as under:

Accordingly, wherever the Date of Allotment and Re-opening Date are mentioned as 21-Sep-2026 and 22-Sep-2026, respectively, in the SID and KIM of Lakshya Overnight Fund, the same shall be read as 24-Sep-2026 and 25-Sep-2026, respectively.
All other terms and conditions of the SID and KIM shall remain unchanged.
This Addendum shall form an integral part of the SID and KIM of Lakshya Overnight Fund and shall be read in conjunction with the same.
