Categories of Persons Excluded from Provisional GST Refund
The Central Government notifies categories of registered persons who do not receive provisional refunds under section 54(6) of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017.

Exemption from Filing Annual Return for Turnover up to Rs 2 Crore
The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs exempts registered persons with an aggregate turnover of up to two crore rupees from filing the annual return.
