Check the official recordBSE has scheduled a mock trading session for the Equity segment on Saturday, August 01, 2026, to facilitate testing of system functionalities, including the Closing Auction Session (CAS) and standard operating procedures. Trading members are required to use the scrip master file generated on July 31, 2026, and the new BOLT Pro TWS version 13.30 for both the mock session and subsequent live trading starting August 03, 2026. Participants may use this session to fulfill regulatory software testing requirements. Trades executed during this session do not create legal rights, liabilities, or margin and settlement obligations. Members are requested to provide feedback by 04:30 pm on the day of the session.

Exchange has scheduled a mock trading session (from PR site) in Equity segment on Saturday August 01, 2026. As per circular no. 20260319-21, 20260610-41 & 20260728-42 issued regarding introduction of Closing Auction Session (CAS) & Standard Operating Procedures applicable from Monday 03 August 2026, mock trading session has been scheduled as follows –
Members are also requested to refer to Exchange Notice No 20201201-22 dated 1st December'2020 regarding Testing of software used in or related to Trading and Risk Management. Members may choose to participate either in Mock Trading Session or UAT environment for fulfilling their regulatory requirements in accordance to SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/MRD1/DSAP/CIR/P/2020/234 dated November 24, 2020
Trading members using third party trading platforms can also use this opportunity to test their respective trading application during mock trading session for various functionalities (including exceptional market conditions), viz. various types of call auction sessions, risk-reduction mode, trading halt, block deals, etc.

B. Trading members are requested to note following Important instructions –
Trading members using third party trading application are requested to take note and use this opportunity to test their respective trading application for CAS functionality during mock trading session.
Market participants are requested to note that the mock trading session is merely for the purpose of testing and familiarization and that the trades resulting from such mock trading will not attract any margin obligation or pay-in and pay-out obligation and will not create any rights and liabilities. Participants are requested to participate actively in the mock trading sessions.
Feedback of Mock Trading Session To be able to provide our members with a robust & efficient system for trading with better features, feedback from all members is very important.
