सा.का.नि. 792(अ).–– केन्द्रीय सरकार, कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि एवं प्रकीर्ण उपबंध अधिनियम, 1952 (1952 का 19) की धारा 7 की उपधारा (1) के साथ पठित धारा 6ग द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, कर्मचारी निक्षेप सहबद्ध बीमा स्कीम, 1976 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित स्कीम बनाती है, अर्थात्:-

1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ :

• (1) इस स्कीम का संक्षिप्त नाम कर्मचारी निक्षेप सहबद्ध बीमा (द्वितीय संशोधन) स्कीम, 2025 है।
• (2) यह 1 नवम्बर, 2025 को प्रवृत्त होगी और 30 अप्रैल, 2026 को प्रवर्तन में नहीं रहेगी।

2. कर्मचारी निक्षेप सहबद्ध बीमा स्कीम, 1976 के, पैरा 28क के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित पैरा अंतःस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्:--

"28ख. कर्मचारी नामांकन अभियान, 2025 के संबंध में विशेष उपबंध– वे अपवाद और उपांतरण जिनके अधीन रहते हुए इस स्कीम के उपबंध कर्मचारी नामांकन अभियान, 2025 के अनुसार, ऐसे कर्मचारियों के संबंध में जिनकी सदस्यता कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि स्कीम, 1952 के पैरा 82ख के अधीन घोषित की गई है, निम्नानुसार होंगे, अर्थात्: ––

पैरा 8क के, उप-पैरा (1) के पश्चात्, निम्नलिखित सारणी अंतःस्थापित की जाएगी, अर्थात्:--

टिप्पण:- कर्मचारी निक्षेप सहबद्ध बीमा स्कीम, 1976 भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग 2, खंड 3, उप-खंड (i) में तारीख 28 जुलाई, 1976 की सा.का.नि. संख्या 488(अ), द्वारा प्रकाशित की गई थी और इसमें अंतिम संशोधन तारीख 18 जुलाई, 2025 की अधिसूचना संख्या सा.का.नि. 476(अ) द्वारा किया गया था।

MINISTRY OF LABOUR AND EMPLOYMENT NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 27th October, 2025

G.S.R. 792(E).–– In exercise of powers conferred by section 6C read with sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Employees’ Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 (19 of 1952), the Central Government hereby makes the following Scheme further to amend the Employees’ Deposit Linked Insurance Scheme, 1976, namely:—

1. Short title and commencement.— (1) This Scheme may be called the Employees’ Deposit Linked Insurance (Second Amendment) Scheme, 2025.

(2) It shall come into force on the $1^{\text{st}}$ day of November, 2025 and shall cease to operate on the $30^{\text{th}}$ day of April, 2026.

3. In the Employees’ Deposit Linked Insurance Scheme, 1976, after paragraph 28A, the following paragraph shall be inserted, namely:––

"28B. Special provision in respect of Employees' Enrolment Campaign, 2025. –– The exceptions and modifications subject to which the provisions of this Scheme shall apply, in relation to the employees’ whose membership have been declared under paragraph 82B of the Employees’ Provident Funds Scheme, 1952, in accordance with the Employees' Enrolment Campaign, 2025, shall be as follows, namely:––

In paragraph 8A, after sub-paragraph (1), the following Table shall be inserted, namely:––

(Applicable for remittances in respect of valid declarations under Employees' Enrolment Campaign, 2025)

Note:- The Employees' Deposit Linked Insurance Scheme, 1976 was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 488(E), dated the $28^{\text{th}}$ July, 1976 and was last amended vide notification no. G.S.R. 476(E) dated $18^{\text{th}}$ July, 2025.
