सा.का.जन. 684(अ).— केंद्रीय सरकार, खान और खजनि (जिकास और जिजनयमन) अजधजनयम, 1957 (1957 का 67) की धारा 13 द्वारा प्रि्त िजतियय का प्रयगग करते ुए, खजनि (परमाणु और हाइड्रगकार्बन ऊिाब खजनि से जभन्न) ररयायत जनयम, 2016 का और संिगधन करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत जनयम र्नाती है, अर्ाबत्:—

1. संजिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ. — (1) इन जनयम का संजिप्त नाम खजनि (परमाणु और हाइड्रगकार्बन ऊिाब खजनि से जभन्न) ररयायत (चौर्ा संिगधन) जनयम, 2026 है। (2) ये जनयम 1 अगस्ट्त, 2026 कग प्रिृ्त ह गे।

2. खजनि (परमाणु और हाइड्रगकार्बन ऊिाब खजनि से जभन्न) ररयायत जनयम, 2016 (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उतिय जनयम कहा गया है) में, जनयम 34 का लगप दकया िाएगा।

3. उतिय जनयम में, जनयम 54 के स्ट्र्ान पर जनम्नजलजखत जनयम रखा िाएगा, अर्ाबत्:—

“54.िाजस्ट्त. — िग कगई भी इन जनयम के उपर्ंध का उल्लंघन करेगा, िह धारा 25क और धारा 25ख तर्ा उनके अधीन र्नाए गए जनयम (अर्ाबत; खान और खजनि िाजस्ट्त का न्यायजनणबयन जनयम, 2026) के उपर्ंध के अनुसार िाजस्ट्त के जलए उ्त रिायी हगगा।”

4. उतिय जनयम में, अनुसूची XII का लगप दकया िाएगा।

MINISTRY OF MINES NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 30th July, 2026

G.S.R. 684(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13 of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (67 of 1957), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Minerals (Other than Atomic and Hydro Carbons Energy Minerals) Concession Rules, 2016, namely: —

1. Short title and commencement: — (1) These rules may be called the Minerals (Other than Atomic and Hydro Carbons Energy Minerals) Concession (Fourth Amendment) Rules, 2026.

(2) They shall come into force on the 1st day of August, 2026.

2. In the Minerals (Other than Atomic and Hydro Carbons Energy Minerals) Concession Rules, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules), rule 34 shall be omitted.

3. In the said rules, for rule 54, the following rule shall be substituted, namely: —

“54. Penalty. – Whoever contravenes the provisions of these rules shall be liable to penalty in accordance with the provisions of section 25A and 25B and the rules made thereunder (i.e., the Mines and Minerals Adjudication of Penalties Rules, 2026).”.

4. In the said rules, Schedule XII shall be omitted.
