सम ाधकारी ने, ी बानी मोह मद, संयु" िनदेशक, कमचारी रा$य बीमा िनगम अपताल एवं चिकसा महािव+ालय इंदौर, को अपने वतमान पदथापन थान पर वतमान काय. के अत/र", तकाल भाव से े1ीय िनदेशक, े1ीय कायालय, म2य देश का कायभार संभालने के िनयिमत पदधारी क3 िनयुि" होने तक या अगले आदेश तक, जो भी पहले हो, के आदेश िदए ह5। Competent Authority has ordered that Sh. Rubani Mohammed, Joint Director, ESICH&MC Indore shall hold the charge of Regional Director, Regional Office, Madhya Pradesh with immediate effect in addition to his present assignment at his present place of posting till the posting of regular incumbent or further orders, whichever is earlier.

वे े1ीय कायालय, म2य देश के संबंध म6 सभी शासिनक और िव8ीय शि"य9 के साथ-साथ सामा:जक सुरा संिहता, 2020 क3 धारा 126 के तहत वैधािनक शि"य9 का योग कर6गे। वे े1ीय कायालय, म2य देश के संबंध म6 िनयुि" ाधकारी और अनुशासिनक ाधकारी क3 शि"य9 का भी योग कर6गे। He shall exercise all the administrative and financial powers in respect of Regional Office, Madhya Pradesh along with the statutory powers under section 126 of Code on Social Security, 2020. He shall also exercise the powers of Appointing and Disciplinary authority in respect of Regional Office, Madhya Pradesh.

उपरो" अधकारी िनयमानुसार या1ा भ8ा/ दैिनक भ8ा पाने के हकदार है। इसके अलावा इस काय के =लए उ>ह6 कोई अत/र" पा/रिमक देय नह@ होगा। He shall be entitled for TA/ DA as per rules wherever admissible. He shall not be entitled for any remuneration for this assignment.

कायAहण /रपोट यथासमय सभी संबंधत9 को अAेिषत क3 जाएगी, :जसक3 त=लिप dpc- e1hq@esic.gov.in तथा estt1-hq@esic.gov.in को ेिषत क3 जाएगी। The charge report shall be forwarded to all concerned in due course, with a copy to dpc-e1hq@esic.gov.in and estt1-hq@esic.gov.in.

7. सभी उप िनदेशक/ सहायक िनदेशक, े1ीय सतक ता/ संबंधत िव8 एवं लेखा भाग।
8. ईएसआईसी क3 वेबसाइट पर आदेश अपलोड करने के =लए वेबसाइट कंट6ट मैनेजर।
9. पुतकालया2य/ Jयि"गत फाइल/ गाड फाइल/ अत/र" तयां।
