Sub- Celebration of 11th Ayurveda Day ( 23.09.2026) -reg.

Sir/Madam,

You may be aware that Ayurveda Day has been celebrated every year since 2016. Ayurveda Day will be celebrated on 23rd September every year. The 11th Ayurveda Day falls on 23rd September, 2026. The theme of the 11th Ayurveda Day is “Ayurveda for a Healthier Tomorrow".

In this connection, I am directed to inform you that the Competent Authority has advised you to engage in the following activities on the occasion of Ayurveda Day at your own level in your institution, as per your convenience.

1. Observing Ayurveda Day at ESIC medical colleges and hospitals.
2. Organizing Ayurveda Health Camps in all ESI Hospitals.
3. Issue necessary instructions to all the stakeholders for active participation in various competitions being conducted by the Ministry of Ayush through MyGov and My Bharat Portal.
4. Disseminating Ayurveda day information/themes through announcements,
5. Announcement, displays, Hoarding etc. at various places.
6. Creating buzz through their Social Media Handles.
7. Conducting webinars
8. The microsite for 11th Ayurveda Day may be accessed on the URL https://ayurvedaday.org.in/. An Ayurveda Day Information Booklet i s being made available in the said website. The Information Booklet may be distributed among stakeholders.
9. A campaign on "I support Ayurveda" has been launched through the above said microsite wherein the microsite visitor has to click on the icon given. The said campaign may be given wide publicity.
10. Uploading of all the activities undertaken by the Ministry on t h e Ayurveda Day Microsite.( https://ayurvedaday.org.in/) A comprehensive report of the activities along with photos regarding Ayurveda Day must be submitted on 23/09/26 by 4 pm through e-mail.
