Appointment of Dean-In Charge for ESIC Medical Colleges

सक्षम प्राधिकारी ने निम्नलिखित नव-अनुमोदित ईएसआईसी मेडिकल कॉलेजों में तत्काल प्रभाव से निम्नलिखित चिकित्सा अधिकारियों को डीन-इन-चार्ज के रूप में नियुक्त करने का आदेश दिया है:

The Competent Authority has ordered posting of the following medical officers as Dean-In charge with immediate effect in following newly approved ESIC Medical Colleges:

उपर्युक्त सभी चिकित्सा अधिकारियों को उनके संबंधित पोस्टिंग स्थानों से मुक्त किया जाता है और वे जॉइनिंग टाइम का लाभ लिए बिना तत्काल अपने आदेशित पोस्टिंग स्थानों पर कार्यभार ग्रहण करेंगे। हालांकि, चूंकि पोस्टिंग आदेश जनहित में जारी किया गया है, इसलिए वे आदेशित पोस्टिंग स्थानों पर कार्यभार ग्रहण करने के बाद जॉइनिंग टाइम का लाभ उठा सकते हैं या नियमों के अनुसार स्वीकार्य जॉइनिंग टाइम को अर्जित अवकाश में परिवर्तित करने का विकल्प चुन सकते हैं। कार्यभार रिपोर्ट सभी संबंधितों को उचित समय पर भेजी जाए और इसकी एक प्रति med6-hq@esic.gov.in पर भी भेजी जाए।

नियमित डीन की नियुक्ति के बाद, उपर्युक्त चिकित्सा अधिकारियों की पोस्टिंग संगठनात्मक आवश्यकताओं के अनुसार तय की जाएगी।

ईएसआईसी मेडिकल कॉलेजों और अस्पतालों के नियंत्रक प्राधिकारी, जहां उपर्युक्त चिकित्सा अधिकारी तैनात हैं, अपने-अपने स्थानों पर चल रहे स्नातक और स्नातकोत्तर पाठ्यक्रमों के सुचारू संचालन को सुनिश्चित करने के लिए संविदात्मक संकाय नियुक्त कर सकते हैं।

यह सक्षम प्राधिकारी की स्वीकृति से जारी किया गया है।

All the above-mentioned medical officers shall stand relieved from their respective place of posting and shall join at their ordered place of posting immediately, without availing the joining time. However, as the posting order has been issued in public interest, they can avail the benefit of joining time after joining at the ordered place of posting or will have the option to convert the admissible joining time into Earned Leave as per rules. Charge report may be sent to all concerned in due course with a copy to med6-hq@esic.gov.in.

After the appointment of regular Deans, the posting of above-mentioned medical officers will be decided as per organisational requirements.

Controlling authorities of the ESIC Medical Colleges & Hospitals where the above-mentioned medical officers are posted, may engage the contractual faculties to ensure the smooth functioning of UG and PG courses ongoing at their respective locations.

This issues with the approval of Competent Authority.
