विषय : ‘िाजभाषा पखिाडा 2026’ के आयोजन के संबंध में मुख्यालय के दिशाननिेशों का अनुपालन। Subject: Compliance of Hqtrs. directions for the organization of ‘Official Language Fortnight 2026’

मुख्यालय से प्राप्त पत्र संख्या ए-49/16/05/2023-रा.भा., दिनांक 19.08.2026 की प्रतत इस अनुरोध के साथ प्रेषित है कक कृपया इसे सभी सहकर्मियों/अधीनस्थ कमिचाररयों के ध्यान में लाएं और पत्र में उल्ललखित तनिेशों का यथापेक्षित अनुपालन सुतनल्चचत करें।

A copy of letter no. A-49/16/05/2023-O.L., dated 19.08.2026, received from Headquarters, is forwarded with the request to bring it to the notice of all the colleagues/subordinate employees and to ensure proper compliance with the instructions mentioned in the letter.

तिनुसार कायािलय में दिनांक 14-30 र्सतंबर, 2026 तक ‘िाजभाषा पखिाडा’ मनाया जाएगा और 29 र्सतंबर, 2026 को ‘िाजभाषा पखिाडा समापन-सह-पुिस्काि वितिण समािोह’ का आयोजन ककया जाएगा। Accordingly, the office will organize ‘Official Language Fortnight’ from 14-30 September, 2026 and the ‘Official Language Fortnight Closing-cum-Award Distribution Ceremony’ will be organized on 29 September, 2026.

इस िौरान िेत्रीय कायािलय, चेन्नै की सभी शािाओं/अधीनस्थ शािा कायािलयों/औिधालय-सह-शािा कायािलय द्वारा उपयुिक्त पत्र के तनिेशों के समुचचत अनुपालन हेतु तनम्नर्लखित मिों पर कारिवाई की जानी अपेक्षित है- During this period, the Branches/subordinate Branch offices/Dispensary-cum-Branch Office of the Regional Office, Chennai are required to take action on the following items for the proper compliance of the directions of the above letter- ➢ प्रत्येक पत्रादि के शीिि पर ‘िाजभाषा पखिाडा 2026’ अवचय अंककत ककया जाए। “िाजभाषा पखिाडा 2026” must be written at the top of every letter etc. ➢ सभी प्रवीणता प्राप्त/कायिसाधक ज्ञान प्राप्त अचधकाररयों/कमिचाररयों द्वारा अपना कायािलयीन कामकाज (दिप्पण-आलेिन आदि) दहंिी में ही ककया जाए। All the officers/employees who are proficient/having working knowledge of Hindi should do all their official work (noting-drafting etc.) in Hindi. ➢ अचधकाचधक दिप्पणी, मसौिे, पत्राचार और प्रपत्र जैसे कायि मूल रूप से दहंिी में ककए जाएं। Most of the original work like noting, drafting, correspondence and forms should be originally done in Hindi. ➢ सरल दहंिी के प्रयोग पर षवशेि बल दिया जाए। Special emphasis should be given on the use of simple/easy Hindi. ➢ पिवाडे के िौरान आयोल्जत की जाने वाली षवर्भन्न दहंिी प्रततयोचगताओं/गततषवचधयों का व्यापक प्रचार-प्रसार करें, इनमें स्वयं भाग लें एवं अपने सहकर्मियों व अधीनस्थ कार्मिकों को प्रततभाचगता के र्लए प्रोत्सादहत करें। Give wide publicity to the various Hindi competitions/activities being organized during the fortnight, participate yourself in these and encourage your colleagues and subordinate officials to participate. ➢ ‘राजभािा पिवाडा 2026’ के िौरान षवर्भन्न दहंिी प्रततयोचगताओं/गततषवचधयों आदि से संबंचधत सूचनाएँ, दिशातनिेश, परीिा र्लंक, अध्ययन सामग्री आदि की यथासमय उपलब्धता हेतु राजभािा शािा द्वारा बनाए गए व्हाट्सएप ग्रुप ‘िाजभाषा पखिाडा 2026’ को सभी के संज्ञान में लाएँ एवं तनम्नर्लखित र्लंक/क्यूआर कोड की सहायता से स्वयं जुडें व अन्य कार्मिकों को जुडने हेतु प्रेररत करें- 51-ए/49/19/2022-HindiDiwas I/4291613/2026
