विषय Subject : अलीबाग (महाराष्ट्र) में हॉललडे होम आवास Accommodation of Holiday Home at Alibaug (Maharashtra)

सभी संबंधित ं को सूदित दकय जाता है धक अलीबाग (महाराष्ट्र) में हॉधलडे होम सुदिध को दिन ंक 11/07/2026 से दिन ंक 10/07/2028 तक 02 (दो) िर्ष की अिदध के धलए बढाया गया है। हॉधलडे होम की जानकारी तथ धनयम एिं शतें दनम् नदिखित हैं: - It is brought to the notice of all the concerned that Holiday Home at Alibaug (Maharashtra) is extended for a period of 02 (two) Years w.e.f. 11/07/2026 to 10/07/2028. Details of Holiday Home and Terms & Conditions are appended below: -

1. हॉधलडे होम का आबंटन मुख् य िय के परिपत्र सं. D-11/27/TOR/Policy/09/CT दिन ंक 22.12.2009 में उखिखित धनयमों, दिदनयम ं तथ िि के अनुस ि होगा। The Allotment of Holiday Home will be as per the rules, regulations and rates as laid down in Headquarters Office circular No.:D-11/27/TOR/Policy/09/CT dated: 22.12.2009.
2. कमरों की बुधकंग पूरी तरह से “पहले आओ, पहले पाओ” के आिार पर होगी। बुधकंग की तारीख से 60 धदन पहले धमिे बुधकंग अनुि ध पर धवचार नहीं धकया जाएगा। Booking of the rooms will be strictly on “First Come, First Serve Basis”. Booking request received 60 days before the date of booking will not be entertained.
3. बुधकंग िद्द करने की सूिन कम से कम 15 धदन पहले देनी होगी, अन् यथ संबंधित कमषि िी से उनके दनयंत्रण अदधक िी के म ध् यम से दनयम नुस ि वसूली की जाएगी। आखखरी समय में बुधकंग िद्द करने की आदत की वजह से दूसरे आने वाले आगंतुक ं को सुधविाएं नहीं धमल पाती हैं। Cancellation of booking should be intimate at least 15 days in advance, or else the recovery is liable to be made from concerned official through their Controlling Office as per rules. Tendency of last-minute cancellation of booking is resulting into denial of facilities of other prospective visitors.
4. सभी आिेिन आिेिक के दनयंत्रण अदधक िी के म ध् यम से तथ दिदधित रूप से अग्रेदर्त धकए जाएंगे। क.ि .बी. दनगम के सेि दनिृत व् यखिय ं के मामले को छोड़कर, आिेिक से सीिे धमले आिेिन पर धवचार नहीं धकया जाएगा। All the application shall be routed and duly forwarded through the Controlling Officer of the applicant. Application received directly from the applicant shall not be entertained except in the case of retired personnel of ESIC.

5. धकसी भी अदतरिक् त व्यखि को ठहराना संभि नहीं िै तथ आि स सुदिध धसर्फस उन्ीं व् यखिय ं को दी जाएगी, धजनके नाम पर बुधकंग की गई है। इस संबंध में दकसी अनुि ध पि दिि ि निीं दकय जाएग । It will not be possible to accommodate any extra persons(s) and accommodation will be provided strictly to person(s) only in whose name(s) booking is done. No request will be entertained in this regard.

6. क.ि .बी. दनगम के सेवारत कमसचाररयों/पेंशनभोधगयों के संबंध में हॉधलडे होम शुल्क क भुगत न हॉधलडे होम क दकया जाएगा। The Holiday Home charges in respect of serving personnel/pensioner of ESIC will be paid at the Holiday Home • क.ि .बी. दनगम स्टाफ: ₹ 240/- प्रधत कमरा प्रधत धदन (नकि) ESIC Staff: ₹240/- per room per day (Cash) • क.ि .बी. दनगम पेंशनसस: ₹ 300/- प्रधत कमरा प्रधत धदन (नकि) ESIC Pensioners: ₹300/- per room per day (Cash)

7. गेस्ट को चेक-इन से पहले होर्ल मैनेजमेंर् को इस क य षिय से जारी धकया गया आबंटन आिेश धदखाना होगा, नहीं तो उन्ें चेक-इन करने की अनुमदत नहीं दी जाएगी। The Guest is required to produce the allotment order issued by this office to the Hotel Management before check in, otherwise they will not be allowed to check in.

8. गेस्ट को सरकारी धनयम के मुताधबक अपने साथ पहचान के उदित िस् त िेज भी रखने होंगे तथ चेक-इन से पहले, मांगे जाने पर उन्ें होर्ल अथॉररर्ी को धदखाना होगा। The Guest is also required to carry proper identification documents as per government rule along with his/her and produce the same to the concerned Hotel Authority before Check in on demand.

9. अदतरिक् त गेस्ट (04 से ज़्यादा व् यखि), अगर कोई हो, तो रहने वालों को होर्ल मैनेजर को ि स् तदिक गेस्ट चाजस देना होगा (कि सदित, यदि ि गू ि ) तथ उन् िें अदतरिक् त मैर्रेस धदया जाएगा। Extra Guest (more than 04 persons), if any, Occupants will have to pay actual guest charges to the Hotel Manager (with taxes if applicable) and extra mattress will be provided.

10. आि स सुदिध 05 धदनों से ज़्यादा नहीं दी जा सकती। सभी लोगों के धलए चेक-इन का समय 12:30 अप. है तथ चेक-आउर् का समय 11:00 पूि ष. है। Accommodation can be provided for a period not exceeding 05 days. The check-in time is 12:30 PM and the check-out time is 11:00 AM for all occupants.

11. नशा करने तथ धूम्रप न करने की अनुमदत नहीं होगी। आबंटी को पूणष अनुश सन/दशष्ट ि ि और मय षि बनाए रखनी होगी तथ उन् िें दकसी भी अमय षदित व् यिि ि से बिन नहीं चाधहए। Consumption of intoxicants and smoking would not be permitted. The allottee shall maintain utmost discipline/decorum and decency and he/she should not indulge in any indecent behavior.
